Solution

Built a location-verified check-in system with role-based dashboards, so managers get a real-time, trustworthy view of attendance without chasing spreadsheets.

Architecture

Next.js App Router frontend with Firebase Auth for identity, Firestore for real-time attendance records, and Cloudflare R2 for asset storage — chosen to keep infra costs low while staying real-time at small-to-mid team scale.
