Centralized incident intake, tracking, and reporting into a single dashboard built for non-technical field staff and compliance teams alike — designed so a field worker can file a report in under a minute, and a compliance lead can pull a full audit trail without asking anyone for it.

Architecture

React frontend over a Node.js/Express REST API with MongoDB for flexible, evolving incident-record schemas — chosen because incident-reporting requirements change per client and a rigid relational schema would mean a migration every time a new field type was needed.
